Albany is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Albany is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Stopped here this morning with my boyfriend on the way home from a concert, and letโs say we are amazed! All the staff was super friendly and the donuts were so fresh and delicious. We also got the butter pecan cold brew and lemonade which were phenomenal as well. We did have to wait a little for the breakfast wrap, but we didnโt mind at all since it was pretty packed, they gave out free donut samples, and the wrap was very hot when we got it! Thanks for a fantastic time and we will definitely be back whenever we come back to the area. โฅ๏ธ

Today I finally stopped by Bitchin Donuts โ easily one of the MOST talked-about donut spots in the entire Capital Region! Every single time I ask people where to get donuts, the answer is always the same: โBitchin Donuts is a MUST.โ And honestlyโฆ now I get the hype. What makes this place even crazier is that EVERYTHING is vegan. Gluten-free options, dairy-free options, and donuts that somehow still taste insanely rich and fresh. In a world where eating healthier usually means sacrificing flavor, Bitchin Donuts found a way to make it work perfectly. Hereโs what I tried: โ Specialty Coffee ๐ฉ French Toast Roll ๐ Raspberry Chantilly ๐ซ Boho Cream The BOHO CREAM completely stole the show for me. Think Boston Creamโฆ but upgraded in every possible way. Boston Cream has always been my favorite donut, but the Boho Cream honestly changed the game for me. The dough was velvety soft with the perfect bite, the filling was smooth and rich without being overpowering, and the dark chocolate flavor balanced everything out perfectly. Not too sweet โ just right. Easy 12/10. The French Toast Roll was also really solid. I expected it to be super heavy and sugary, but it was surprisingly light and e

I came here initially because I scored a to good to go box. I paid 5.99 and got 4 1-day old delicious donuts! I also grabbed a peanut butter latte, Boston crรจme donut and one of their weekly specialty donuts filled with cherries. The staff were friendly, the vibe is cool and the parking is easy. Will absolutely return!

Unfortunate events led to the new location near Delmar, but has been a gift for Delmartians. Our top Donut Shops have been Randyโs in LA, Mrs. Murphyโs in Manchester VT, Krispy Kreme for of the conveyor hot glazed donuts, Indian Ladder Farms in Altamont for hot apple cider donuts and now Bitchin Donuts Weโve visited twice now and each time found a great selection of mainstays and unique creations. Flavor and texture is great, hinting at quality ingredients which likely go into making the donuts. We also found the donuts hold up well and are still very good the next day Hot cider donuts at Ind

The busiest bakery on the 4th of July. Holy moly, was not expecting to see a line near out the door on the holiday weekend. But of course, such a line, must mean the quality is above and beyond impressive! Right? Well looks-wise they certainly were. The names were hilarious, with things like millionaire tears, CE O-no!, and Trickledown. (I'm guessing they're not a fan of the current corporate climate) However, while funny, the names really didn't say what the favors were. Most of the nameplates did not describe it, they had no menu I could find inside that did, and because of how busy they were I did not want to be "that guy" and hold up the line asking about each one. So I got a half dozen, feeling that would be a safe bet I'd find something among the ones I pick to enjoy. Of course not all of the doughnuts had silly names, which helped me pick them out, like Cinnamon bun, French toast, Strawberry frosted, etc. I even picked one of the gluten free ones, the red and blue frosted, which had a berry-like smell. All together coming to around $27, a fair but more than DD's, but hey, these were artisanal so fairs fair. Back home I tried a wedge of each one, just to sample them and f
